Reading the site collects nothing
The pages are static. There is no analytics, no tracking cookies and no third-party pixels. While you read, no request leaves for another domain: fonts and styles are served by the site itself. Reading the scenario, the summary or the evidence leaves no record tied to you. The one exception is when you click to sign the letter: only then does the page load Google sign-in.
What we collect when you sign the letter
- Name. Published in the signatory list.
- How you sign. In your own name or on behalf of an organization, with its name. Published.
- Short description, if you give one. Published next to your name.
- Email and Google account identifier. Received from Google when you sign in. They confirm that the signature is yours and let only you change or withdraw it. They are never published, and the email is not used for newsletters or any other unsolicited message.
- Note to the authors, if you write one. Not published.
We do not receive your password or access to your account. Google handles the sign-in under its own privacy policy. Signatures on behalf of organizations are verified before appearing on the list, because they assert something about third parties; that check may involve contact by email.
Who we share it with
Nobody. The data is not sold, transferred, or used for advertising. It is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure, acting as a data processor on our instruction, and is accessed only by the project team. Google takes part only in the sign-in.
How long we keep it
Names and published details stay on the list while the letter is active, because a signatory list is a public record. The email and account identifier are deleted when the letter closes, or earlier if you withdraw your signature.
Your rights and how to use them
You can withdraw your signature at any time on the letter page by signing in with the same account. That deletes all your data from the project. You can also write toluiz@piccini.app, without giving a reason, to ask for deletion, a copy of what is stored, or a correction. We answer within the period the law sets.
Brazil's data protection law, LGPD (Law 13.709/2018), guarantees these rights. The legal basis for processing is your consent, given when you send your signature. It can be withdrawn at any time, without affecting what was published before the request. The controller is the Brasil 2030 team, at that address.
